GRAPES HARVEST: Hand picked in the first decade of September for the Syrah and second half of September for the Nero D'Avola.
WINEMAKING: Destemming, cold maceration on the skins, fermentation at 23°C with frequent re-circulation and removal of the must. Malolactic fermentantion in French oak barrels.
REFINING: 16/18 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.
COLOUR: Deep ruby red.
FLAVOUR SENSATIONS: Scents of cherries and raspberries , sweet notes of vanilla.
TASTE SENSATIONS: Wine with a good structure and elegance, important presence of fruits.
